一 |     本报记者 王雪娇                        近年来，龙港区持续健全培养选拔优秀年轻干部工作机制，坚持精心选拔、科学培育、严管厚爱、大胆使用并重，着力锻造高素质专业化年轻干部队伍，为推动全面振兴取得新突破提供坚强队伍保证。                       精心选拔，把好“源头储备关”。

二 | 坚持从源头抓起，通过公务员、事业单位招录和人才引进等方式，为年轻干部队伍注入“源头活水”。近三年，全区共考录选调生11名，招录公务员72名，公开招聘事业单位工作人员200名，年轻干部总量不断充足。坚持备用结合、择优选拔，通过单位推荐、无任用调研、集中研判等方式，立足实践考察识别年轻干部，重点挖掘政治过硬、敢于斗争、勤勉尽责的优秀年轻干部。坚持分类储备，按照年龄、性别、学历、专业特长、工作经历、培养方向等要素分层分类建立优秀年轻干部人才库，实行动态管理，库中储备年轻干部245名，后备力量持续发展壮大。    After days of speculative chatter swirling through film circles, writer-filmmaker Rathna Kumar has stepped in to confirm what fans had already begun piecing together. The makers have revealed that the film’s title and first look will be dropped on December 10 at 1:29 pm, a detail that has already sparked excited speculation among fans.The poster itself presents an intriguing visual narrative. Though away from the director’s chair for a brief period, he remained visible within Tamil cinema through his dialogue contributions to Master and Vikram, two key films in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s expanding creative universe. This new project, backed by Lokesh himself alongside Karthik Subbaraj, reflects the trust and camaraderie that has evolved within this circle of filmmakers.Thematically, the poster points toward a Chennai-based drama that examines how relationships unfold in a generation shaped by immediacy, exhaustion, and the desire to feel deeply in spite of it all. 三 | 常态化开展教育培训，举办优秀年轻干部培训班、中青年干部素质能力提升班等培训班次，组织30余名年轻干部前往常州等经济发达地区和延安老革命根据地参观学习，全方位提高年轻干部理论素养和专业能力。注重岗位锻炼，坚持把经济发展主战场、基层治理第一线、问题破解最前沿作为培育干部的主要阵地，将18名能力过硬、专业对口的年轻干部充实到招商引资队伍，选派2名新提任科级干部进行信访跟岗锻炼，抽调37名优秀年轻干部参加区委巡察工作，在实践中磨砺年轻干部推动高质量发展能力和服务群众能力。                       严管厚爱，把好“日常管理关”。突出政治标准，建立健全涵盖政治素质测评、正反向事例库、负面信息库等内容的政治素质档案，全方位、立体式跟踪记录年轻干部政治素质轨迹。突出抓在平时，通过平时考核、年度考核等方式，全面掌握年轻干部思想动态，开展经常性提醒教育，做到善则赏之，过则匡之，患则救之。突出能进能出，实施后备干部队伍的动态调整补充，将政治素质出色、工作能力强、群众基础好的年轻干部充实进来，将责任心缺失、工作不担当的年轻干部调整出去，保证年轻干部队伍“源头”充足，“出口”畅通。去年以来，共有15位年轻干部被移出储备库，归入日常管理。                       大胆使用，把好“成长提拔关”。

四 | 坚决破除论资排辈、平衡照顾等观念，树牢重实干、重实绩的选用导向，为年轻干部成长成才提供“舞台”。结合平时考核结果和优秀年轻干部人才库记录，及时跟踪培养实绩突出的年轻干部，并在提拔使用、职级晋升、评优争先时予以优先考虑，切实解决干与不干、干多干少、干好干坏一个样的问题。在去年提任的25名科级领导干部中，35岁左右年轻干部17人，占比68%；90后年轻干部9人，占提拔年轻干部的52.9%，充分调动年轻干部干事创业热情，有效激励全区年轻干部在三年行动中积极作为、争先进位。
